Carole Soffer is a renowned, world-class colorist who has created
innovative, color combinations for over 35 years. Carole works
magic with color, and is famous for her warm and inviting, yet
elegant tones. Her amazing palette allows her to match the style
of any home, as she has demonstrated throughout her 12 years of
staging in San Francisco. Her wealth of knowledge has helped hundreds,
from people selling their first property to those with high profile
estates in Pacific Heights, Nob Hill, St. Francis Wood, Russian
Hill, Sea Cliff, and all the neighborhoods in the City.
Carole Soffer has an innate and immediate sense of what a home
needs to dramatize its desirable features and where to invest the
staging budget to get the maximum return. Carole owns over 40,000
square feet of furniture, accessories, and plants that are regularly
updated. This allows Carole and her team of designers to handle
a project of any size or style. Carole responds quickly to the
client’s staging needs and finishes projects within 2 to
3 days.

Lorraine Alwaise
is a Residential Interior Designer with over thirty years
experience in architectural detailing, historical renovation,
interior design projects and land development.
Award winning designs include Estate Homes in Southeast Florida,
Villas in Rome and Amalfi, Beach Homes in the Hamptons and Nantucket.
Lorraine has been honored with awards from the National Home Builders
Association, Dream House and the Prisms. Her educational background
with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Rhode Island School of
Design and Business Management Degree from C.W. Post combine to
bring creative, cost effective thinking to all her Design Projects.
Her innate ability and enthusiasm brings life to the drama of design
for re-sale staging.
Douglas Boggs
Douglas' personal style is one that reflects a love of the
Classics and the Arts. He derives his inspiration from historical
periods & historical figures and the use of traditional materials
in unexpected ways. His contemporary designs demonstrate proportion,
clean lines and the singular unique expression that results from
working with each individual client.
Lynn Miller Holbrook
With over thirty years of experience in Interior Design,
Lynn specializes in staging homes for resale, model homes, sales
offices, and restaurant design. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts
Degree in Interior and Environmental Design from California College
of Arts and Crafts in Oakland, California. Her work has been
featured on the covers of many home builders magazines.
